We had a great time with our family. Very nice location and close to everything. Jason's place is amazing. We will come back. Close to all ski runs. Bus stop in front of the condo.

We absolutely loved our stay in Palm Springs. We were a quick walk to downtown, there was a private parking lot for the gated community so we felt very safe, the Airbnb was exactly as described and very comfortable. It was the perfect spot for us with our baby girl and the in unit high chair was such an amazing perk! We went to cheekys (as recommended in Jason’s guide) for brunch on our last day and were so sad we waited so long to go - highly recommend checking it out!!!

We had a really nice stay. It fit our family of four just right. We loved all the restaurants in the area and trying them out - would recommend cool river for coffee and breakfast and breck ale house for pizza, vibes and bingo! The kids liked playing dominos and the parks nearby. Thanks for the great stay and we look forward to visiting again.

Great clean condo as listed. Easy to never get in the car again once you arrive. Walkable to main street and bus stop right in front if you have a farther destination. Has everything you need. Wonderful stay, will be back.

This place far exceeded my expectations of a desert vacation and was more like a Hollywood escape walking distance from everything casino luxury spa pools park i walked and had the best time. Hawks rabbits and roadrunners just what I love nature oh yeah the fruit trees a nice touch also.💯🥰

This was our 3rd stay at Jason's place. We love the location and all the conveniences. The pool is right outside the condo. I love the lime trees, orange trees and the grapefruit trees. I choose to come in fall so I can enjoy the fruits of the trees. The place is quiet and peaceful. Very clean. Beautiful views of the mountains.

Our stay here couldn't have been better. It was close to all that Breckenridge had to offer. Jason was always quick to respond to all questions we had. The condo was clean and cozy. We would definitely come and stay at Jason's place again.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo, and we especially loved the concrete floors. It kept the place cool and clean. The furniture was great and there was tons of kitchen stuff. Also, plenty of towels, pillows and linens.

Everything was as communicated, pictured, and expected! Jason communicated well prior to, during, and at checkout. The kitchen is fully stocked! There are helpful labels and info throughout the space. Beds are comfy. The check-in instructions with pictures were so helpful! Everything about our stay was great! We would definitely recommend this space for your time in Breckenridge.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids 7 and under. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. Jason was a great host, I would recommend him and his house and look forward to renting from him again.
