Good to know

A warm welcoming front porch, leads you into the entryway. You'll find a large open living room and kitchen with a massive island and all the tools to cook a great meal. The island has a 4 person attached table, and the dining room is adjacent. A privately located study is off the front door. The powder room has unique teak and holly walls, normally used on sailboats and yachts. The steps to upstairs wrap around a curved wall with art nook. The master suite has vaulted ceilings, skylights, a large private patio and a two-way gas fireplace. The master bath features a steam shower and soaking tub. There are two other bedrooms and a shared bath on the upper level. There are laundry rooms both upstairs and in the main level mud room. The spacious family room in the basement has a wet bar and a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. The basement has two more bedrooms and a bathroom, a HOME GYM! And costume room. Plus a bonus space With ping pong and shuffleboard!

Close to I-25, Washington Park, and the Light Rail, the DU neighborhood is one of the best locations in Denver. The DU neighborhood's biggest claim to fame is the fact that it houses the University of Denver's sprawling, 125-acre campus. But, the neighborhood is also home to eclectic eateries, local coffee shops, dive bars, and of course, a brewery. Lots of breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots to choose from.

We rented Jason's house to bring in our adult children for the holiday and be able to stay together in one big property. This was the perfect choice and everyone had their own space. The kitchen was amazing to cook in as it is twice the size of an average kitchen. The game areas downstairs were enjoyed by everyone and we even did a costume night (from their awesome costume closet) and dressed up for a ping pong tournament. We all got to be 15 again!! The main level of the house was quite large and laid out well for hanging out on the couch or joining together at a real dining room area!! Jason was extremely responsive and helped us when we needed to find something. This house gets a 10+ and I would definitely return to this location again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Jason’s. We felt right at home. The place was clean and had comfortable beds. We cooked in the kitchen and it was user friendly. We also loved dressing up with friends and had lots of laughs. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay on a friend’s trip with 8 adults and 5 kids under 10. The house is quite large and has lots to do for both kids and adults. Would highly recommend. Jason (the host) is also extremely responsive and accommodating.

Property was exactly as described and was perfect for our business meeting. Location was ideal for getting to/from the airport and for easy access to all that Denver has to offer. Just as important to me, the host Jason was outstanding: friendly, helpful, flexible, great with communication. The abundance of games/activities was a big hit, and the well-equipped gym was a nice touch. We would not hesitate to return to this property and highly recommend it to others!

Jason’s home was incredible!! Our entire family was able to stay together in the home and it was a perfect setup for the occasion. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms, a large and cozy living/kitchen/dining space where everyone could be together, and lots of fun things for the kids to do doenstairs in the entertainment area! Our kids were even inspired by the costume room to out on a play for us! We went on snowy walks in the peaceful neighborhood and really were just able to enjoy being together in this beautiful home. Also, everyone was so impressed with the level of organization and detailed, yet easy to follow instructions for us. Thanks so much to Jason and family for creating such a perfect family spot for travelers.

Find us

You are just a few blocks from a Light Rail station, which can take you to/from the airport via Union Station, the Denver Convention Center, the Denver Center for Performing Arts, the 16th Street Mall or just about anywhere else downtown. Buses, scooters, Ubers and Lyfts make it very easy to get around, especially since this house is located just south of the main highway, I-25. Of course you can walk to bars, restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and parks!
