This place far exceeded my expectations of a desert vacation and was more like a Hollywood escape walking distance from everything casino luxury spa pools park i walked and had the best time. Hawks rabbits and roadrunners

We really enjoyed staying at this condo, and we especially loved the concrete floors. It kept the place cool and clean. The furniture was great and there was tons of kitchen stuff. Also, plenty of towels, pillows and linens.

Loved our stay here. Apartment was just as described, lots of room for a family of 4. As we were here during ‘quiet’ season had the communal pool to ourselves most days. So easy to pop back to apartment from room when needed. Spotlessly clean. Easy to park. Close to main part of Palm Springs, can walk when heat is not too much! Would definitely use again if I come back to Palm Springs one day

Beautiful listing with an excellent host! D&J are great communicators and made the entire process seamless and welcoming. This location is a prime spot; central location to downtown Palm Springs with lots to in the surrounding area. Great amenities and excellent taste in decor. 10/10 would recommend to a friend, and I hope to visit again soon! 🌟🌴

This was the perfect vacation condo for our family of four. Our 9+12 yo kids were in the pool every day (usually multiple times). The interior space is nicely appointed and just the right size. Downtown is super close by. Derek was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, without question.

Driving is always an option and the unit comes with one assigned covered parking and guest parking is available in the uncovered, unlabeled spaces. Walking distance to nearly everything you would want to get to in Palm Springs: Coffee shops, retail shopping, hotel bars, restaurants, Palm Springs Convention Centre, Spa Resort Casino, bars and nightlife. Everything within minutes!
