We had the best time at Derek’s condo. So beautiful and peaceful. This is the quietest place we’ve ever stayed in and the place is so clean and pretty. The inside is perfect with many amenities to feel comfortable and at home. Beds are very comfortable. We cooked many meals and the kitchen is well equipped and really nice pots and pans too. The condo is in such a quiet perfect spot but close to everything while we attended the Palm Springs Film fest. We walked to numerous movie theaters, restaurants, and shopping. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice and warm too. Can’t say enough about this place except we will be back again soon. Thank you so much😊💜

Great location and convenient to all downtown activities. The grounds were very well kept up and the unit was clean and well stocked. A suprisingly quiet and relaxing environment. Will be back for sure.

Driving is always an option and the unit comes with one assigned covered parking and guest parking is available in the uncovered, unlabeled spaces. Walking distance to nearly everything you would want to get to in Palm Springs: Coffee shops, retail shopping, hotel bars, restaurants, Palm Springs Convention Centre, Spa Resort Casino, bars and nightlife. Everything within minutes!
