Easy access from Main Street, parking for 2 cars and close to other overnight Breck parking. You'll love the first floor access and tree views out the windows. Closest unit to the outdoor hot tub and set off the street to minimize noise. Managed personally and professionally by two individual owners in Denver.

You'll be close to Main Street and the lifts, walking less than 5 minutes.

House Rules

Absolutely no smoking, of any kind inside the unit. If you need to smoke you can easily walk outside away from the unit. Please be mindful of this requirement. If the cleaning team alerts us that the unit has a smoke stench the guests will be required to pay an additional $2,500.00cleaning fee. Be respectful of your neighbors just as you would in your own home. This is a condo, which means other people have units on the sides and above. Sound travels and so do scents and smoke. Please be a good person and abide by these requirements.

Neighborhood

The south end of Breckenridge is close to festival locations, Main Street Station, Breckenridge Brewery and many other fine local establishments. Walk through Main Street Station to reach Main Street shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. A short jaunt to The Quicksilver Lift, will connect you on Peak 9 and to all other runs and lifts Breckenridge has to offer. Steps to the Breck Free Ride Bus, will take you to the gondola and throughout Breck.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire condo, in-unit laundry, kitchen, dining, living, bedrooms and bathrooms. Guests also have access to a large private ski storage closet. The community has a shared hot tub and additional shared laundry. Hot Tub Schedule: November 1 - March 31: Open April 1 - May 31: Closed June 1 - September 30: Open October 1-31: Closed

Great clean condo as listed. Easy to never get in the car again once you arrive. Walkable to main street and bus stop right in front if you have a farther destination. Has everything you need. Wonderful stay, will be back.

Our stay here couldn't have been better. It was close to all that Breckenridge had to offer. Jason was always quick to respond to all questions we had. The condo was clean and cozy. We would definitely come and stay at Jason's place again.

Everything was as communicated, pictured, and expected! Jason communicated well prior to, during, and at checkout. The kitchen is fully stocked! There are helpful labels and info throughout the space. Beds are comfy. The check-in instructions with pictures were so helpful! Everything about our stay was great! We would definitely recommend this space for your time in Breckenridge.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids 7 and under. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. Jason was a great host, I would recommend him and his house and look forward to renting from him again.

We were so happy to be able to walk into Breck from this condo. The condo itself was adorable and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Jason was super responsive before/during our trip with all of our questions. The condo was in a safe, quiet, tranquil area that has nice views and pretty landscaping. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook in, if you choose. If you are in town, be sure to check out Tin Plate pizza, The Shifty Lifty for lunch (new) and the Troll (a wooden sculpture). We hated to leave!

This place was perfect for our family! The bunk room is amazing for kids and was a great space for a little getaway. We have stayed at a lot of places in Breck, and for the price and location, this was one of the best. We would definitely stay here again!

Walking is the most preferred option. Guests can also opt to drive, or take the Breck Free Ride (stop on location steps from the unit door) will take you throughout Breckenridge and connect you to Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper via the Summit Stage Bus System - all free.
